Westisle Heating & Cooling Ltd is increasing their workforce and looking for a highly motivated individual to lead their HVAC Service Department. Responsible for creating long-term customer relationships with existing and future customers to support commercial & residential business development.
- HVAC knowledge & experience a must; candidate to provide customers with repair & replace quotes and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coach and manage a team of 10 -15 technical professionals to maximize their performance, engagement and achievement of objectives
- Evaluate, design & present Commercial Maintenance proposals to existing & future customers.
- Technical HVAC & refrigeration knowledge and good computer skills are a must.
Full time permanent Union Local 516 position with excellent remuneration package
