We’re looking for a hands‑on field technician to install, service, and troubleshoot security and low‑voltage systems in condominium buildings. Most of our work is on‑site in condos across the GTA, including CCTV camera systems, access control, and automated door operators.
What you’ll do
- Install and service IP/CCTV camera systems (4K cameras, NVR/DVR, PoE switches).
- Install and configure access control systems (readers, maglocks, door strikes, controllers).
- Work on automation doors and door operators in condo lobbies and common areas.
- Perform low‑voltage wiring and terminations throughout condominium buildings (cabling, patch panels, basic networking).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/network issues on site.
- Interact professionally with property managers, residents, and building staff.
Requirements
- Valid G licence and clean driver’s abstract.
- Experience with CCTV/IP camera installation, access control, and low‑voltage work (condo or multi‑unit experience is a strong plus).
- Comfortable with basic networking (routers, switches, VLANs, PoE).
- Reliable, customer‑facing, able to work independently in occupied buildings.
- Basic tools and PPE; company provides major equipment and vehicle/allowance.
