Sustain the Agile COE documentation using tools such as Confluence, Jira and SharePoint
Documenter for knowledge transfer for meetings between business teams
Coordinate activities required in order to accomplish a successful channel for communication for the Agile COE training catalogue
Enhance the Agile COE presence in the Delivery and Service Enablement portal
Promote agile best practices in Loblaw Technology by making use of a variety of tools such as Slack, Yammer and Teams
Support teams in Delivery and Service Enablement to ensure goals are achieved in a timely manner
Perform data analysis and assistance in the governance of project management artifacts and toolsets, including Microsoft project schedules, project RAID logs, and CA PPM time reports, project status reports and cost plans
Assist in the administration of project management tool sets, including Clarity PPM, Agile Central
Skills & Education
Exposure to data analysis and document reconciliation
Demonstrated proficiency in MS software
Experience with CA PPM (Clarity) preferred
Sense of ownership and commitment and the capability to drive issues to closure
Demonstrated recognition of accepting responsibility for individual performance
Post-secondary education in a related discipline
