Role Overview:
The Online Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with retail partners to expand the distribution of NK IMODE products. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive and strategic sales professional who is passionate about cultivating and nurturing long-lasting relationships with boutique stores, luxury department stores, and specialty retailers. You'll play a key role in driving growth and success by building strong partnerships that align with our brand's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Partner and Client Support: Provide seamless support to retail partners and clients, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy and Relationship Management: Identify potential retail partners, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and build strong, enduring relationships with retail buyers. Negotiate terms to secure profitable agreements.
- Customized Presentations and Service Excellence: Prepare tailored sales presentations that meet the specific needs of retail partners, delivering exceptional service to maintain positive relationships.
- Reporting, Feedback, and Improvement: Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and partnership developments. Collect and relay feedback from retail partners to refine products and improve the online experience.
- Marketing and Sales Collaboration: Assist in executing social media and email campaigns to boost brand visibility, strengthen communication strategies, and support various operational sales tasks.
Qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in online or retail sales, preferably in fashion, luxury, or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and online sales techniques.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Comfortable hosting online presentations and guiding customers through virtual showrooms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

- Previous experience in fashion retail or a related e-commerce environment.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail markets and trends.
