Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals according to recipes and standards.
- Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and helping chefs during meal service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including counters, prep stations, and storage areas.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all food items prepared.
- Assist with stocking supplies and rotating stock to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Previous experience in serving, food preparation, or food handling within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
