Job Description:
Smart serve is a must.
Greet guests warmly, seat them, and provide menus promptly.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and wine pairings.
Ensure that all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while maintaining proper presentation.
Check back with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns.
Assist with clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
Handle guest payments, process orders through the POS system, and accurately manage cash transactions.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure orders are prepared accurately and timely.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including condiments, utensils, and table settings.
Follow sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
Upsell menu items and promotions to increase revenue and enhance guest experience.
Stay up-to-date with menu changes, daily specials, and restaurant policies.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Prior experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Positive and friendly attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and cocktails, is a plus.

Pay: $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
