Job Description
As a family-run company, we are looking for an individual who can respond efficiently to customer inquiries, address concerns, answer phone calls and or emails. We are looking for a full-time seasonal employee (Dec- End of May). Office hours are 8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday. Evenings, weekends and holidays are off.
Responsibilities
-Manage incoming phone calls and emails
-Process orders and refunds over the phone
-Manage inquiries about orders and shipments
-Identify and assess customers’ needs and help problem solve
Requirements and Skills
-Highschool Diploma (required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Technology proficient
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Ability to adapt and to respond to different types of personalities
-Knowledge about gardening is not required however is helpful in answering customers questions
-French is not required but an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $18.95-$24.65 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
