We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on building supply products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads and close sales deals
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and in-person to understand their needs
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to potential customers
- Purchase material for orders and stock from multiple vendors
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of technical sales and building supply products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
-Experience using excel would be an asset
