Position Title: Manufacturing Team Member (Multiple Departments)
Location: Morrisburg, Ontario (In-person only)
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 40–50 hours per week (Overtime paid after 40 hours)
Shift: Night Shift Only: 3:00pm - 1:00am Monday to Thursday.
Night Shift Only: 3:00pm - 8:00pm Fridays (5 hrs.)
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our night shift team as Manufacturing Team Members across several departments. This is a hands-on role involving the operation of tools and machinery, adherence to safety and quality standards, and teamwork within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure to required specifications.
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards.
- Adhere to health and safety policies at all times.
- Work cooperatively with fellow team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with basic hand tools.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform labor-intensive tasks requiring physical strength, hand–eye coordination, and endurance.
- Capacity to remain focused and attentive to detail for extended periods.
