Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Support nursing staff with patient care tasks, including monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in patient conditions
- Help with patient transportation within the facility and ensure their comfort during procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in patient areas
- Document patient interactions accurately and promptly in medical records
- Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring a compassionate environment
Skills
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and nursing practices
- Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately communicate patient information
