What You'll Be Doing
- Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication specifications
- Fabricate custom countertops and architectural surfaces
- Operate CNC routers, table saws, edge polishers, routers and sanders daily
- Cut, shape, polish and finish materials to exact specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure exceptional quality
- Work closely with installers and production staff to meet deadlines
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 1-3+ years of fabrication, woodworking or cabinet making experience
- Experience operating a CNC router
- Strong table saw experience
- Ability to read shop drawings accurately
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Pride in producing quality workmanship

Compensation
- $25-$30/hour, depending on experience
- Three weeks' vacation
- Full-time permanent role
