1st RND West Edmonton Mall is looking to hire an experienced, passionate, team oriented, energetic Front of House shift manager to add to our awesome team.
We are a family friendly sports restaurant with a high energy, fast paced, lively atmosphere and we are looking for leader who brings passion, commitment, energy, and a new perspective to an already high functioning team.
We are looking for experienced outgoing leader who wants to grow with a company, lead by example, has excellent communication skills, is able to lead a team of peers, can work with the FOH & BOH teams simultaneously to run a smooth shift, are patient with guests and their needs, and someone who goes above and beyond to ensure our guests have a great experience!
If you have 2+ years experience managing a team in the hospitality industry, love sports, want to work for a fantastic company, and have the desire and drive to improve your leadership skills, this job is for you!
