Juice Dudez is one of Canada's fastest-growing premium juice and dessert brands. We currently operate multiple locations across Ottawa and are actively preparing for our next phase of growth.

We're looking for someone obsessed with identifying, attracting, and developing talent. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We are not interested in posting job ads and waiting for applications. We are looking for a talent hunter.
The Role
Your mission is simple:
Find future leaders.
You will be responsible for building and managing a talent pipeline for supervisors, managers, and future owners across our organization.
You will work directly with the founder, leadership team, and store managers to identify, recruit, and develop exceptional people.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates
- Source talent through networking, referrals, direct outreach, events, community engagement, and competitive recruiting
- Identify top performers working in hospitality, retail, fitness, customer service, and other relevant industries
- Attend networking events, career fairs, and community events
- Develop and improve recruiting systems and processes
- Screen and interview candidates
- Coordinate leadership events and talent selection programs
- Work closely with store leadership to identify future leaders within the organization
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring quality
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, hospitality recruiting, sales, business development, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong judgment when evaluating people
- Highly organized and proactive
- Comfortable approaching and engaging people
- Competitive, ambitious, and results-driven
- Willing to think creatively and challenge traditional recruiting methods
Bonus Points
- Hospitality or restaurant industry experience
- Multi-unit retail experience
- Experience recruiting management-level talent
- Experience building talent pipelines from scratch
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses tied to successful hires and long-term retention.
