Full-Time Dental Administrator / Treatment CoordinatorJob Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dedicated Dental Administrator to join our team in a permanent, long-term, full-time position. We are looking for someone who can join us as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will have previous treatment coordinator experience and a strong understanding of dental office operations. However, we also welcome applications from candidates with other relevant dental administrative experience.
As a key member of our administrative team, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients. You will provide exceptional service, help coordinate treatment and appointments, and manage the administrative responsibilities that keep our dental office running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage front-desk operations in a professional and caring manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, including managing cancellations and rescheduling.
- Discuss treatment plans, financial arrangements, and scheduling with patients, as appropriate.
- Support patients in understanding recommended treatment and next steps.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic dental record systems.
- Process patient intake forms and verify insurance information.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, responding to inquiries or directing calls as needed.
- Assist with insurance submissions, billing, payment processing, and account follow-up.
- Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to support efficient patient flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Provide additional administrative support as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office is required.
- Treatment coordinator experience is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of two years of administrative experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, insurance processes, and administrative workflows.
- Experience using dental practice management software; knowledge of Abeldent is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently in a busy dental environment.
- A compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
