Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of our establishment, including food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean workspace and a chance to earn tips on top of your pay.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas and kitchen equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Cook and build burgers, fries, and other menu items to BFF’s high standards.
- Keep ingredients fresh, stocked, and prepped for peak efficiency.
- Greet guests enthusiastically, take orders accurately, and process payments.
- Handle customer requests with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Jump in to help with stocking, cleaning, or other tasks when needed.
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation rules (no shortcuts!).
- Maintain a clean workspace, dining area, and equipment.
Requirements
- No experience? No problem! We'll train you, just bring a great attitude,
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols is a plus.
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to helping others succeed in their roles.
