Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with inquiries related to automotive parts. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding automotive parts and services.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Maintain an organized counter area, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote special offers or new products to customers.
- Track and organize driver activities and delivery schedules.
- Track outstanding cores and organize pickups for drivers.
Experience
- Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus.
- Strong cashiering skills with experience in cash handling.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance customer interactions.
- Experience in order fulfillment processes within a retail or service setting is beneficial.
