About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only possess exceptional grooming skills but also excel in customer service, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Grooming Expertise: Excellent grooming skills and knowledge of various breeds and coat types.
- Ability to handle pets of all sizes comfortably and ensure safety of pet during grooming process
- Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients in a compassionate and caring manner.
- Estimates: Provide clients with clear and detailed estimates for grooming services and address all questions or concerns
- Attitude: Approach grooming tasks with a calm and enthusiastic demeanor creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years grooming experience (MINIMUM 1 YEAR REQUIRED)
- Proven experience as a pet groomer with a strong portfolio of grooming work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Knowledge of various grooming techniques for different breeds.
