Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Auditor to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A background in hotel operations or front desk experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using multi-line phone systems.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance their experience.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
