Greenish is looking for motivated, confident, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our outdoor sales team. This is a door-to-door sales position focused on generating leads and closing residential exterior cleaning services.
This is not just knocking an area one time and moving on. You’ll be building and managing a customer base within a territory provided to you. The goal is to develop long-term relationships, generate repeat customers, referrals, and ongoing leads within your area.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect residential neighborhoods door-to-door
- Generate leads and close sales for exterior cleaning services
- Build relationships with homeowners
- Manage and grow a designated sales territory
- Generate repeat business, referrals, and long-term customers
- Represent the Greenish brand professionally
- Track leads and follow up with potential customers
- Work independently while contributing to a team environment
Compensation
- Commission-based pay structure
- 20% commission on all closed sales
- Expected earnings: $30,000–$100,000+ annually
- Bonus opportunities tied to territory growth, repeat customers, referrals, and lead generation

Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Fluent in English
- Confident communicator
