Lemon Cleaners is hiring an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing team. This position focuses primarily on regularly scheduled building common-area cleaning, along with move-in and move-out cleaning of vacant suites throughout Victoria and Langford.
Applicants must have a personal vehicle and be comfortable travelling between multiple job sites during the day when required.
The ideal candidate has professional cleaning experience, takes pride in their work and can consistently maintain a high standard both independently and while working as part of a team.
This position offers guaranteed part-time hours completing scheduled common-area cleaning, with some flexibility in scheduling. Additional hours are available throughout the week through move-in and move-out cleans, new properties and other cleaning projects.
For the right candidate, combining the regular building schedule with additional cleaning assignments could lead to full-time employment as the company continues to grow.
Position Details

- All cleaning products, equipment and supplies provided
- Short Stay turnover training may be available if interested
Responsibilities
- Complete detailed move-in and move-out cleaning of vacant suites
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, floors, baseboards and other surfaces
- Clean building entrances, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms and shared areas
- Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Identify and report damage, maintenance concerns or missing items
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members and property managers
- Maintain a consistent and high standard of workmanship
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience is required
- Able to work effectively independently and with other team members
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Willing and able to travel between Victoria and Langford
- Personal cellphone with data for scheduling, photographs and communication
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday
