Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations, ensure the health and productivity of crops and livestock, and manage a team of farm workers. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities
- Operate and oversee farm machinery safely and efficiently.
- Direct farm feed inventory activities
- Diagnose livestock health issues
- Lead a team of farm workers, assign tasks, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, inputs, and outputs for reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Monitor animal health and treat animal health issues.
Skills
- Basic math skills for measurements, record keeping, and inventory management.
- Experience working with livestock and horses
- Experience diagnosing livestock helth
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting as required by farm tasks.
- Leadership skills to supervise staff effectively.
- Organizational skills to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
