About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to craft high-quality beverages and provide excellent service at our bar. You will mix classic and signature drinks while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
- Maintain accurate standard pours and adhere to all Ontario liquor laws.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Handle transactions and build rapport with guests seated at the bar.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant.
- Valid Ontario Smart Serve Certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of mixing techniques, standard pours, and drink garnishing.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
