The job includes home/office cleaning: regular, move out/in, etc., warehouse cleaning and appliances cleaning at the warehouse.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to manage time effectively while performing various cleaning tasks.
We are seeking people who:
- Have experience cleaning.
- Are excellent communicators.
- Care about cleaning and enjoy making first impressions.
- Ability to lift 15-50 lbs, walk, climb stairs, and stand for several hours.
- Confident using a smartphone and navigating the internet.
- 1 year of cleaning experience.
Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain an organized approach to cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas are addressed on time.
- Provide excellent customer service by being responsive to client inquiries and feedback.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere in each home.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Sweeping & Mopping Floors
- Operating Floor Scrubbers (certain positions)
- Cleaning Offices
- Cleaning Washrooms
- Vacuuming Carpet
- Garbage Disposal
- Appliance cleaning
- Other cleaning activities as directed by the Supervisor
- Work well in teams of two cleaners without direct supervision
- Have a clean criminal record check.
Skills:
- Proficiency in residential cleaning techniques and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and understanding their needs.
- A background in hospitality is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in all cleaning activities.
