This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter, with a strong focus on configuration, integration, and solution design. This person will play a key role in leading development efforts, shaping technical solutions, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter solutions, including configuration and integration components
- Provide hands-on solution design and technical leadership across projects and initiatives
- Guide and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Design and develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Guidewire development, architecture, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and product teams to ensure successful delivery
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application landscape
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery management
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter
- Strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire configuration and/or integration
- ACE Certification in PolicyCenter or BillingCenter (Configuration or Integration)
- Proven experience in solution design and architecture
- Demonstrated experience leading development teams or technical workstreams
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Solid experience working with REST and SOAP APIs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and cloud-based architectures
