Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to diverse projects in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Help with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Perform general physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items as needed
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in manual labour or construction is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
