We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Associates for one of our client a leader in the development, manufacture and distribution of loading dock systems and material handling equipment.
Our client is located at Derry and Kennedy area of Mississauga.
Day Shift Monday through Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Manufacturing Assembler
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble prefabricated parts,
- Able to fabricate hydraulic cylinders with proper components
- Some knowledge on assembling mechanical doc levers
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Cut, file, fits, punches, reams, rivets, forms and or clamping of individual parts in proper relation for assembly
- Able to lift a maximum of 25
- Clean and maintain working area regularly
- Notify supervisor of any upcoming issues
- Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures
- Follow all health and safety company rules
- Comfortable working in a hot environment
Paint Department Associate
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working at the back of the paint line hanging small parts by hand.
- Ensure product has been inspected before loading.
- Masking and unmasking plugs from threaded areas.
- Follow scheduling dates to meet production goals.
- Adapt to 6S / Lean Manufacturing.
- Work efficiently and effectively on diversified tasks.
- Perform quality work.
- Complete documentation as required by management.
- Keep work area neat and organized.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
