This is not just a front desk role. This is a clinic operations role for someone who can manage multiple priorities at once, keep the clinic running smoothly, elevate the client experience, and play a key role in driving results.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic flow and front desk operations
- Manage multiple tasks, clients, providers, and priorities at once
- Support monthly revenue growth
- Manage client follow up and lead conversion
- Support bookings, rebooking, memberships, and promotions
- Track key performance metrics such as revenue, bookings, follow ups, and retention
- Ensure an exceptional, elevated client care experience
- Support staff accountability and daily operational excellence
- Assist with inventory, supplies, room flow, and clinic presentation
- Bring forward ideas that increase revenue, efficiency, and client retention
Who You Are:
- Naturally positive and high energy
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Sales confident and comfortable discussing pricing and treatment plans
- Self motivated, reliable, and accountable
- Detail oriented and calm under pressure
- Passionate about aesthetic medicine and client experience
- Experience in med spa, beauty, retail sales, hospitality, or luxury service preferred
- Social media savvy is an asset
