The Content Provider for the course, Requirements Life Cycle Management (BUAN 0130) will work with the Design and Production team, which includes the instructional designer and production team. One virtual meeting with a program consultant and the instructional designer will take place. It is expected that the Content Provider is available for virtual meetings with the Design and Production team during the development dates which are April 24 to July 5, 2019.

- Course outline;
- Course schedule;
- Assessment overview and individual assessments;
- Course content comprising units and activities for online and face-to-face delivery;
- A production plan; and,
- Attend on-site or virtual meetings during development timeframe.
A fundamental purpose of requirements life cycle management is to ensure that business, stakeholder, and solution requirements remain productively aligned. This proposed course will explore how requirements emerge and interact, and how requirements can be effectively managed throughout their life cycle. The course will also examine how solution requirements and designs are impacted by factors such as changing priorities, market fluctuations, and new information.
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience working in Business Analysis with expertise in requirements life cycle management. An undergraduate degree or a suitable combination of post-secondary education and experience, excellent writing skills, and working knowledge of BABOK, 3rd edition, and the concepts presented within it are required. Assets include certification with IIBA©, and experience in the development of courses and/or teaching.
