Join our dynamic automotive dealership team as a Support Coordinator, where your enthusiasm and drive will help to support all apsects of our service department. In this vital role, you will serve as the bridge between our service advisors and our shop, ensuring smooth communication, efficient support, and strong relationships. Your proactive approach and dealership experience will help us deliver top-tier service while fostering strong relationships with business partners and team members alike. Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Service Department
- Coordinate vehicle flow between the service drive, shop, parking lot, and customer pickup areas
- Organize and maintain service vehicles to keep the lot clean, safe, and efficient
- Move, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles as required
- Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with daily support tasks
- Help coordinate service appointments and vehicle status updates
- Maintain service supplies and assist with basic inventory organization
- Keep service drive and customer areas clean, organized, and professional
- Assist with vehicle washing, preparation, and customer delivery when required
- Provide friendly and professional customer assistance
- Support other dealership departments when needed
- Perform other general service and lot duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive industry is highly preferred
- Valid Ontario Drivers licence with clean abstract
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and to handle challenges effectively and in a timely manner.
- Ability to follow policy and procedures as set out by employer
- Attention to detail

- Positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Knowledge of automotive parts, and maintenance practices will set candidates apart

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
