Job Description

Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and administration in a busy office

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Invoicing
- Receivables
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Payables and expenses
- Payroll and remittance payments
- Filing GST
- Mail incoming and outgoing
- Maintain various spreadsheets with respect to calculations for sales, site
compensations and commissions
- Prepare and provide management reports
- Administer health benefits program
- Purchase supplies for the office
- Provide administrative support as required

-Handling paperwork for new staff

Requirements: (or Preference will be given to)
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in Quickbooks Online, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel
Advanced problem solving skills
Quick learning
Ability to switch tasks quickly
Develop and maintain relationships with staff

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 /hour
