Job Description

Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of HVAC equipment

Perform scheduled and emergency service on a variety of HVAC equipment
-
Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to interpret drawings and manuals

Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
-
Order parts needed for repairs if needed
-
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
-
Complete reports for work recommended
-
Explain issues with equipment and repairs
-
Build and maintain relationships local staff
Qualifications
-
Licensed mechanic (313A)
-
Have your Gas Fitters license, G2 is preferred
-
Working at Heights will be required/provided.
-
5+ Year experience in Mechanical controls/BAS
-
Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
-
Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job
-
Ability to work independently without much supervision
-
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces

Driver's license and a clean drivers abstract
-
This role involves a regional territory of no more than 90 minutes from reporting location in Mississauga
-
Ability to effectively manage time
