- be familiar with all tools and equipment used in the job
- responsible for maintaining the grounds (grass cutting, weeding, snow clearing, de-icing, etc.)
- timely suite repairs upon resident move outs, includes painting, cleaning.
- ensure all garbage and recycling is removed from the building regularly
- set up and take down tables and chairs for events and recreation programs
- perform all other duties requested by the maintenance manager
- comply with all policies and procedures of Legion Manor, including the code of conduct and confidentiality
