We are seeking an experienced, driven, and relationship-focused Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our Ford commercial vehicle business in the Greater Toronto Area.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing Ford dealership with strong inventory access, fleet support, and a growing commercial customer base across construction, trades, municipal, transportation, and small business sectors.
The ideal candidate understands fleet and commercial sales, thrives on business development, and can build long-term relationships with local companies and decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow commercial and fleet sales throughout the GTA
- Prospect and maintain relationships with:
- contractors
- trades businesses
- municipalities
- transportation companies
- small and medium-sized businesses
- Manage inbound commercial leads and outbound business development
- Work closely with Ford Pro and fleet/commercial programs
- Source and manage inventory for commercial clients
- Structure vehicle upfits and coordinate with upfit partners
- Maintain strong relationships with leasing companies and fleet accounts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives
- Provide exceptional customer experience before and after delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline management
- Represent the dealership professionally within the local business community
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience required
- Commercial/fleet sales experience preferred
- Ford experience considered a strong asset
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational ability
- Experience with prospecting and outside sales
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence with clean driving record
- OMVIC licence required (or ability to obtain)

Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and performance and includes salary, commissions, bonuses, and vehicle support.
