Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing cabinets and related fixtures in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring precise fit and finish. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. The Cabinet Installer will work closely with project managers, carpenters, and other trades to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret installation instructions to ensure accurate cabinet placement.
- Measure spaces accurately to determine proper cabinet sizes and configurations.
- Install cabinets, countertops, and related fixtures using hand tools and power tools with precision.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and secure fastening of cabinets according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean work environment during and after project completion.
Experience
- Proven experience in cabinet installation or general carpentry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques required for installation tasks.
- Prior experience woodworking projects is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
