Course Consultant / Customer Service Representative
Location: Markham
Schedule: 5 days per week, including Saturday shifts
Our Growing Education Business Session is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and Sales and Service-driven Course Consultant / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the education industry, customer service, course sales, and parent/student communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional course consultation to parents and students based on students’ age, level, learning goals, and interests.
- Explain course offerings clearly, including coding, AI, game development, English, math, and other enrichment programs.
- Daily follow up with potential students and parents, support enrollment conversion, and provide course sales service.
- Assist with course scheduling, class placement, trial class arrangements, and student onboarding.
- Coordinate with teachers regarding student progress, class feedback, attendance, and course adjustments.
- Support course content optimization by collecting parent/student feedback and communicating improvement suggestions to the teaching team.
- Maintain accurate student records, class schedules, payment status, and communication notes.
- Help with basic marketing tasks, including promotion follow-up, event support, parent group communication, and social media/content coordination when needed.
- Provide ongoing customer service to enrolled families and help resolve questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the education industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience in customer service, sales, course consulting, or student recruitment is required.
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is a must.
- Comfortable speaking with parents and students and able to explain course value clearly.
- Organized, patient, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Basic marketing awareness, including understanding customer needs, promotion follow-up, and enrollment conversion.
- Able to coordinate between parents, students, teachers, and the admin team.
- Familiarity with STEM, coding, AI, robotics, or enrichment education is an asset.
- Be available to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays.

Pay: $17.80 per hour
