Key Responsibilities
- Conduct confident, conversion-focused consultations and present comprehensive treatment plans
- Deliver advanced services including Laser Hair Removal (Candela GMP), Morpheus8, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and Skin Mapping
- Consistently exceed sales targets through upselling services and skincare products
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to increase retention and revenue
- Build strong client relationships that result in repeat bookings and referrals
- Accurately manage bookings and client records using Zenoti CRM
- Contribute to a performance-driven clinic culture that values results
Who You Are
- Certified Medical Aesthetician with a diploma from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics with proven sales results
- Confident in closing consultations and recommending full treatment plans
- Motivated by commission and excited about unlimited earning potential
- Professional, polished, and highly client-focused
- Looking for a long-term career
- Flexible with availability, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology & all genders
