Studio Coordinator | Part-Time
Bronzefx Sunless is a boutique beauty and wellness studio in downtown Burlington. We’re looking for a part-time Studio Coordinator to support the day-to-day flow of the studio, client experience, bookings, organization and spray tanning services. Content creation is part of the role, but this is not a videographer or social media-only position.
About This Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on position within our boutique beauty and wellness studio. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day studio operations, delivering exceptional client experiences and providing customized spray tanning services. Content creation is also part of the role, helping showcase the Bronzefx brand through authentic, behind-the-scenes moments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our boutique beauty studio
- Welcoming clients and delivering an exceptional experience from arrival to checkout
- Providing customized spray tanning services (paid training provided)
- Managing bookings, client communication and studio administration
- Maintaining inventory, retail displays and a clean, organized studio
- Creating and appearing in social media content that showcases the Bronzefx brand
- Contributing ideas for marketing, community events and studio initiatives
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves working with people and creating exceptional client experiences
- Is organized, dependable and takes initiative
- Enjoys variety and doesn't mind wearing multiple hats
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is excited to learn, grow and contribute to a small business
- Is comfortable creating and appearing in social media content
- Has reliable transportation
- Is available to work Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (approximately 20–24 hours per week)
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, hospitality or customer service industry
- Experience in a salon, spa or boutique retail environment
- Experience creating social media content for a business or personal brand
- Basic photo or video editing skills
- Previous spray tanning experience (not required)
