The Lincoln Concierge at (Dealership) is the personal connection between our guests and the Lincoln luxury ownership experience. This role is designed to elevate every stage of the customer journey by delivering attentive, refined, and personalized service—whether a client is exploring their first Lincoln or enjoying ongoing ownership.
The Concierge embodies the Lincoln promise of sanctuary, hospitality, and human connection while ensuring each guest receives effortless support and premium care.
Regular working hours: From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Wage: Salary with the opportunity to earn a bonus.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, automotive, or customer service preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining calm, concierge-level service.
Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and dealership software.
Passion for delivering elevated customer experiences and building long-term relationships.

Lincoln Concierge – Position Requirements:
1. Customer Service Experience
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or automotive.
Ability to provide high-level client care and personalized service.
Experience handling customer concerns or escalations professionally.
2. Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate with clients, service advisors, technicians, and management clearly.
Professional and polished tone when dealing with clients.
3. Organizational & Coordination Skills
Strong ability to schedule appointments, coordinate vehicle pickups/deliveries, and manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail when handling customer information, service updates, and documentation.
4. Problem-Solving Ability
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers.
Quick decision-making while maintaining Lincoln’s premium service standards.
5. Technology & Administrative Skills
CRM systems, email communication, scheduling tools, and dealership software.
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
6. Driver’s Licence with a clean Driver's Abstract
Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
