The Red Deer Protective Safe House is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our multidisciplinary team at the youth withdrawal management and stabilization program. As an LPN, you will deliver safe, trauma-informed nursing care to youth experiencing withdrawal and early recovery. Responsibilities include monitoring physical and mental health, administering medications, supporting recovery goals, and contributing to recovery-oriented programming. Required Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Ideal candidates will demonstrate they are patient, grounded under pressure, and skilled in de-escalation/co-regulation, with a strong commitment to creating supportive environments where youth can regain control and build self-regulation skills.
