Our priority is to make sure we hire professional student interns that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As an Operations Specialist with us, your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting the dispatch department with route closing
Supporting the operations teams by tracking workflow and ensuring efficiency.
Providing assistance in the office as needed
Assisting with operations and dispatch-based projects as needed
Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations and regulatory compliance.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
