What’s the job?
The RPA Manager is responsible for leading the RPA Team in delivering process automation to CCS operational teams. They will establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand opportunities and lead the team through our Robotic Development Life Cycle following an Adaptive Agile project management process. This will entail identifying and quantifying potential automation opportunities and managing the design, development, testing implementation and ongoing support of solutions that create capacity and drive savings. This role is accountable for managing our automation project pipeline and reporting on project status and automation savings. The RPA manager will ensure our infrastructure continues to evolve to meet our automation needs and will be responsible for liaising with relevant IT support teams. Most importantly the RPA Manager is an automation champion, keeping up with industry trends and insights and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure automation supports business strategies.
What you’ll get to do:
Responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in existing process and automate the process using software automation
Responsible to gather business requirements, determine root causes and/or gap analysis of issues, conduct impact assessments and/or market or external research to assess trends and recommend automation opportunities for people, processes and technology
Responsible to facilitate/lead workshops on current state environment and to develop a clear understanding of the business objective or issue
Provide support as a technical resource and thought leader to RPA and operational teams on best practices for system process automation
Responsible for exercising influence and reasoning with Business Lines for proposed process changes and gaining their feedback to ensure the changes are effectively integrated with existing processes
Experience with RPA software, software development life cycle, QA testing phases and automation scripts
Responsible to translate business needs and collaborate to create technology solutions to meet internal clients’ business needs.
Lead RPA Team in Robotic process Development Life Cycle (RDLC) to implement automation solutions from opportunity identification through implementation, daily operaton and ongoing maintenance
Lead RPA Team sprints as scrum master with expert level knowledge and experience in Agile methodology
Manage RPA project pipeline
Manage monthly Steering Committee meetings and operational reporting
Who are we looking for?
Minimum 7 – 9 Years of Job Related Experience implementing/coaching/leading/supporting Agile project methodology
Solid Agile project management skill to lead internal teams to execute on automation and service needs
Familiarity with process improvement methodology
Advanced business writing skills including professional reports and documents, presentations, executive summaries, business cases, business requests
Flowchart and process mapping skills and experience
Advanced skill with MS Office tool set, Jira
Advanced scripting, programming and automation skills including tools such as Powershell, C#, SQL, .net and RPA
