- Operate mini excavator/skid steer
- Load/unload heavy equipment and cable trailers
- Reading and interpreting plans and locates
- Install telecommunications cables/vaults
- Perform general construction tasks
- Lay pipe/PVC conduit
- Manage physically demanding work - heavy lifting, digging, etc.
- Work in all weather conditions
- Work various shifts to meet business needs
- Self-motivated, demonstrate effective decision making with limited supervision
- Plan, organize and thrive in fast-paced environment
