We’re Shine Property Services in Victoria. We clean the outside of homes — windows, gutters, and roof moss removal. We’re growing and I need another solid tech who actually shows up, works hard, and cares about doing a clean job.
This position is performance pay or base ($28 per hour) - as I write this one our technicians made $56 per hour last week while the other made $48 per hour within our system we have built.
If you like being outside, moving around, and finishing the day feeling like you earned it — you’ll like this.
What you’ll be doing
- Exterior window cleaning (residential)
- Gutter cleaning
- Roof moss removal / roof cleaning (training provided)
- Setting up ladders safely, working smart, and leaving the place looking unreal
- Talking to customers politely and professionally (you don’t need to be salesy)
What I’m looking for
- You’re reliable (on time, every day)
- Someone who wants the ability to make more money if they work harder.
- You’re physically capable (ladders, lifting, working outside)
- You have a good attitude and don’t complain all day
- You take safety seriously
- You can work independently but still follow the system
Must have:
- Valid driver’s license (or reliable transportation if needed)
- Comfortable with heights (ladders/roofs depending on job)
- Able to work outdoors in real weather.
Bonus points if you’ve done:
- window cleaning / pressure washing / roofing / construction
- tree planting
- anything that has needed you to work hard and efficient
Pay + growth
- PERFORMANCE PAY - THE BETTER YOU ARE - THE MORE YOU MAKE ($28 per hour base)
- Opportunity to move into lead tech / crew lead as we grow
Hours
Typically Monday–Friday (some Saturdays optional during busy season).
Start time usually in the morning — we like getting after it early.
