Evolve Windows & Doors is looking for a reliable, hardworking Helper to assist our installation crews with residential window and door projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of windows and doors on both new construction and replacement projects
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools.
- Maintain clean and safe job sites.
- Protect customer homes and property during installations.
- Assist with demolition and disposal of old windows and doors.
- Follow instructions from Lead Installers
- Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation to and from shop
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Construction experience is an asset but not required.
- Valid driver’s license is an asset.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday.
- Occasional overtime and out-of-town overnight stays may be required.
Compensation
Starting wage: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
