We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Medical Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing boutique clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You'll Do
You'll be a key member of our administrative team, helping ensure the clinic runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for practitioners and clients
- Maintain accurate patient records using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Assist with client registration, intake, and documentation
- Coordinate daily clinic operations and administrative workflows
- Monitor and order medical and office supplies
- Support physicians and the operations team with administrative tasks
- Assist with additional clinic projects and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Post-secondary education in Medical Office Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with any of the following is considered an asset:
- Accuro EMR
- QuickBooks
- Venipuncture

Location
This is an in-person position based in Etobicoke, Ontario. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to their start date.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
