This Property Assessor 1 provides assessment resource support and assistance in the valuation of residential or non-residential property types. This position requires understanding and experience with system integrations and the ability to collect complex data and apply statistical measures and analysis in completion of assessment valuations. As well, this positon is responsible for the interpretation and application of relevant provincial legislation in order to communicate and defend assessment information successfully.

Job Requirements:
Two year post-secondary diploma in property assessment or related field
Experience in assessment / appraisal field would be an asset
  • Present graduating students from assessment and appraisal related fields may be considered.

Normal Hours of Work: 75 hours biweekly, Monday to Friday.
