About the Role
Bright Glass is a growing exterior cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients across Toronto and the surrounding areas. We're looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our team as commission-based sales representatives.
Your role is simple: knock on doors, start conversations, and close jobs. We handle all the scheduling, equipment, and service delivery — you just bring the hustle.
What You'll Do
- Canvass assigned residential neighbourhoods on behalf of Bright Glass
- Present our window and exterior cleaning services to homeowners
- Book jobs on the spot using our provided materials
- Represent the Bright Glass brand with professionalism and confidence
What We're Looking For
- Strong communicator with a positive, confident attitude
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Prior door-to-door, sales, or customer-facing experience is a strong asset
- Reliable and punctual
