JOB DESCRIPTION
* greet and develop a relationship with customers
* open and complete work orders
* ensure warranty is submitted
* schedule appointments / technicians
* contact clients when repair/maintenance is done to organize pickup
* communicate with technicians / parts department on a regular basis to ensure parts arrive in a timely manner and technicians complete the work once parts arrive.
* be extremely organized and have good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
