The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is seeking a full-time, contract (12 months) Project Manager for the Business Intelligence (BI) Department within the Information Management Group (IMG). This position has a matrix reporting relationship to the Sr. Director EPMO and the Director of BI and the role will be accountable for all aspects of the projects to ensure timely production of key deliverables. Responsibilities include development of business cases, project budgeting and human resource planning, coordination of multiple projects, gathering requirements, overseeing data input, proactive risk and issue management, conduct training, supporting data analysis, coordinating meetings, designing, developing, and evaluating focus groups and workshop formats and materials.

The Business Intelligence team provides easy access to information to inform health planning and support data driven decision-making. This position will provide overall project management and oversight to the delivery and operation of BI projects supporting CAMH’s two BI platforms (iManage and HSP360); regional and local projects focused on organization enterprise-wide reporting needs, process improvement and pathways to care. The Project Manager will also be accountable to provide support surrounding change management activities and identify where change management expertise is required. This position is located at the Queen Street Site but may require travel to partnering agencies.

Key Accountabilities

Hands on work across: Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting and close of all of BI project related activities;
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to lead the development of reports, dashboards and other BI tools.
Managing stakeholders to ensure that there is agreement to scope, approach, deliverables and budget to achieve overall success of the projects;
Management of assigned project resources – setting of context, task assignment, setting performance targets and managing performance
Utilizing the CAMH project management methodology to drive project standard, identifying risk and issues, adhering to a formal change process and executing activities that achieve the deliverables as stated in the Business Case, Project Charter and Scope Statement
Facilitate meaningful engagement of all stakeholders, including early identification and management of conflicting priorities
Build effective and collaborative relationships with the Project Teams and Stakeholders

Responsibilities:
NOTE: The Project Manager may be the key point person for the projects and be responsible for hands on development of project deliverables.

Further developing project approach, plan, and status;
Identifying project targets and milestones, and working with the project team to achieve the milestones;
Defining project deliverables, and ensuring that deliverables are completed within the project timeline and meet the quality required;
Establishing priorities, coordinating and supporting the project team members in their roles;
Identifying risks and mitigating strategies;
Identifying project issues and working with the team to resolve the issues;
Project Reporting;
Review processes to ensure that internal controls are appropriate;
Develop and deliver project presentations for various stakeholders;
Developing and implementing/disseminating the communication plan for the project;
Conduct and oversee the development of training material if applicable.

Qualifications:
All skills listed below are required unless otherwise stated as preferred.

A university degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Management or equivalent with three (3) years demonstrated experience in project management
Two (2) or more years working experience in leading business intelligence projects including designing and developing dashboards, reports and data visualizations
Demonstrated project management experience including, reporting, meeting coordination, scheduling and ability to effectively coordinate multisite projects is required preferably in a healthcare environment
Proven experience presenting to and collaborating with external and divers stakeholders at all levels preferably in a hospital or provincial healthcare setting
Strong organization and planning skills required
Ability to find the best approach or solution to highly diverse challenges
Strong analytical, organizational, conceptual and decision-making skills are required
Demonstrated flexibility and have the ability to adapt and manage changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
PMP Certification (preferred)
Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language (an asset)
