Administrative Assistant needed at Heavy Equipment Sales and Rentals office in Innisfail, Alberta. Individuals applying must have proficient computer skills, Mac computers, Microsoft, Excel as well as Word. Individuals applying must thrive in a fast paced environment, be able to multi task, prioritize, and have excellent organizational skills. Duties included, but not limited to:
- Greeting Customers via phone and email.
- Assisting in Sales of Heavy Equipment.
- Advertising of equipment using multiple platforms.
- Maintaining and tracking inventory via Excel.
- Parts ordering.
- Preparing invoices and rental contracts.
- General office duties (filing, emailing, word processing etc.)
- Wage $18.00-$25.00 depending on experience
